Original Yamaha DX-7
The FM synth that started it all - often imitated, never duplicated. 61 keys of warm, fat sounds that no sampler or analog synth can match. Fully decked-out first-generation DX-7 with four memory cartridges - hundreds of stock and custom voices: horns, strings, pianos, organs, synths, and sound effects.
Lovingly maintained in “very good” (not “excellent”) condition in a smoke-free studio - very little gigging. Comes complete with packing box, music stand, and the original Yamaha breath controller, to make those horn and synth lines speak

Thirty years young - the cones are in superb shape, and the horns are as crisp as ever. They were used in a smoke-free studio, plus a dozen or so gigs. There are a couple dings in the leatherette - that means they’re in “very good” shape, not “excellent.”

This was the main board in a smoke-free home studio - never gigged.

Microwave cart (used for mixer)
A sturdy microwave cart that was used to hold the mixer in a home studio. Added a couple nightlight bulbs underneath the top shelf. Pull out cutting-board, deep drawer and magnetic cabinet doors, below.
